New Roots offers supported accommodation to young people between the ages of 16 - 21years.Working predominantly with looked after children, care leavers, young parents and young people with a history of offending behaviour. We are commissioned by Notts County Council to deliver statutory services on their behalf.
We work in a trauma informed approach which enables young people with complex needs to engage and benefit from the support we offer. In addition to a comprehensive support package we rely heavily upon activities and volunteering roles which increase confidence and deliver both new experiences and enhance employability skills.
Through this model of delivering services we improve the life chances of young people and their children as well as equip them with the necessary skills they require to live independently.
New Roots achieve an exceptionally high level of successful outcomes and enjoy an excellent reputation within the county.
