Objectives

The NAC has been up and running for the past ten years, African Nations

united to support larger communities in the UK with the mission to bring together communities,

promote diversity and develop cultural links.

Currently, we decided to focus on helping out communities and the people affected by the

Covid-19 crisis. Projects have been put together, in harmony with our vision of social cohesion, help people keep their dignity in solidarity.

Opened our Knack&Heart Solidarity shop in Middlesex university to give the opportunity to individuals who have been affected by Covid-19 to come and select what they need.

Offer counselling sessions. Auricular acupuncture, life coaching, breathing technique meditation, pilate, tai chi and yoga classes to help to calm the mind, relieve stress and anxiety.

Activities

Our methodology of work remains always aligned and focussed towards the accomplishment of our objectives which are to help vulnerable individuals and families in need.
