Objectives

National Children and Young Adult Services (NCAYAS) is a non-profit organization providing mentoring and counselling programs for children and young adults in London. NCAYAS’s main focus is to foster a commitment to young people that promotes pro-social friendship, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope of future.
We believe that building personal relationships can re-establish an individual sense of responsibility that will give young people the commitment to follow through on the path to adulthood with pride and accomplishment.
In this time and age, repeated failures in the classroom can end up development of destructive habits and young people feel at risk and lose their faith in the possibilities that awaits them if they are successful in putting their lives together. Young people must be in a caring and learning environment that promotes their best efforts and reinforces personal respects.
