Objectives

I am a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist (RDMP). I work with adults and I specialise working with children and young people including those with special educational needs and adolescent issues of forming identity and social relationships. My body of work incorporates reaching a wide range of people in the community, education, health, and performing art/music industries from all backgrounds.

I am also Creative Producer, Facilitator and a Body Mapping Practitioner. I create a variety of therapeutic workshops and produce creative programmes for that help provide access to arts, avenues of creativity and opportunities for healing for those that might not have access due to social-economic disadvantage.  

Activities

Fundamental to Natasha Sackey’s approach is the understanding that dance, movement & creativity stimulates the body, mind and soul. I offer highly effective approaches to body/mind healing, wellbeing and self-development for all. Natasha develops innovative programmes that are both creative and therapeutic, for a range of organisations in education, health, professional services, and community & arts institutions. We offer a continuum of dance, creative and therapeutic approaches that include artistic, educational, therapeutic and therapy provisions.
