The Muslim Charities Forum is the UK network for British Muslim charities working for social good in the UK and abroad. Established in 2007, we have registered members operating domestically and internationally. We have 300 charities and community groups in our network, delivering a range of programmes from large-scale crisis relief and humanitarian aid, to grassroots charities supporting the homeless and victims of domestic violence.
Through our network, we aim to collectively build a more accountable, transparent, and efficient British Muslim charitable sector, in order to contribute to a more just and sustainable world.
MCF aims to support, connect and represent the sector by providing access to valuable resources, training, networking and advocacy, to encourage the spread of good practice.
We organise leadership training and management workshops to develop good governance
MCF supports charities with developing their internal policies and procedures, in order to be more accountable and transparent by creating resources, templates, tools as well as conducting research and producing reports.
We deliver skills training sessions to strengthen the workforce and organise networking events to connect the sector, celebrate successes and share ideas.
MCF brings organisations together to garner a strong voice advocate and influence through our public campaigns on issue which impact the sector and communities we work with.
