Objectives

Charity Commission objects in our constitution are: To promote in the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster, (A) the Arts by providing information, advice, raising awareness and grants for the delivery of high quality music education; (B) collaborative working in the Arts voluntary sector by supporting the provision of services, activities & facilities (of a non-statutory nature) for the highest quality learning opportunities in music and arts; and (C) to advance charitable purposes the trustees see fit from time to time.

We aim to help people of all ages experiencing disadvantages across all our local communities, ensuring that musical education benefits are open to everyone. The charity intends to raise new funds to support community music activities arranged through the local Music Hub and other relevant service providers.

Music education can positively impact people in so many ways including enhancing personal and social development, leading to increased self-reliance, confidence, self-esteem, sense of achievement and ability to relate to others.

Activities

The charity will be raising funds and awareness to promote the benefits for the whole community of a continuing music education.
