The aim of these services is to ensure continued movement, fitness and aid general mental health for the individual with MS as well as their carer.

There is also a national grant application service aiding individuals to improve quality of life regarding MS.

Provided within our services are various exercises such as Gentle Keep Fit, Yogo, Vibro Gym, Tai Chi and more. We also offer therapies including Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki to name but a few.

Our grants are available all year round (the purpose of the grant must directly improve the quality of life in connection to MS)
