Objectives

Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) aims to improve the lives of children by making a genuine, positive difference to their health and well-being.  Our charity is the most established provider of mindfulness training and curricula for schools. Our courses are written by teachers for teachers and succeed positively with all types of pupils, backed up by research evidence and strong positive feedback. 350,000 primary and secondary schools have already benefited and our aim is to reach many more.

  • involved in research studies into the effect of our .b curriculum on young people
  • inform schools and others on the benefit of mindfulness and how to bring it into their communities in a sustainable way.
