MDS UK is an advocacy and support group for those affected by Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukaemia (CMML), both rare bone marrow cancers which mostly affect older people. We are a very small charity that punches above its weight.We offer patient meetings with specialist speakers, distribute information, offer support via our Helpline and through patient-to-patient meetings, raise awareness of MDS with health professionals, politicians, and health authorities. We lobby for access to treatment and take part in Health Technology Assessments.
