Objectives

We provide a range of support services for "high risk" pregnant ladies and their families.  By high risk we mean where the health of either mum or baby is affected.  examples would be ladies who have premature babies, poorly babies identified during pregnancy, miscarriage or baby loss.   Through the range of our services we help families get through one of the darkest periods of their lives, improves their emotional well being and keeps families together which may otherwise have been difficult to achieve when emotions run so high and talking about their loss is so painful.

Activities

We provide professional trauma and bereavement counselling to the whole family if needed including siblings and a range of more informal support services.  We also have a dedicated Baby Memorial Garden for anyone who has had a baby loss at any gestation.  For those who lose a baby before 24 weeks they do not get a death certificate so our garden enables them to have a quiet and beautiful place to go and visit and sit and remember their lost baby.
