Making a Difference Locally is a charity that has been established to support local communities. The communities supported are those which are served by local independently owned convenience stores that are members of Nisa, a buying organisation. The charity helps Nisa stores raise money that can then be donated to local charities and good causes. This is done through the sale of certain products in store, including all of Nisa's own-label Heritage range. Donations may be to local sports teams, hospices or one of the many charities operating in the UK.
Last year we had a record year with £1,416,627 donated over the course of the year. Our objective is to ensure we continue to drive levels of donations enabling our Nisa stores to work closely with their local communities and the great causes within them.
