Make Shift Foundation is a newly-founded charity which aims to widen access to enterprise and employment opportunities through the provision of training, mentoring and by promoting access to affordable events and working space.

We deliver a programme that gives young people the opportunities, skills and connections to move into sustained employment or start a business.
CREATE
First and foremost we belive in creating opportunities. We help you get young people's products, services or talents in front of an audience. That could mean a retail opportunity for a product, hosting a supper club, performing at event or taking part in an exhibition.
CONNECT
We run a series of information and networking events to connect young people to the trendsetters and thought leaders who are reshaping culture and business. Build your networks and share your ideas and projects. Our connect events are an inclusive, open space to reflect, celebrate and re-energise.
GROW
We provide the right resources to help young people grow the skills and competencies they’ll need to take your project to the next level. We believe in self-guided development to suit different learning styles and in learning through doing.
