We are a locally based community housing association that was set up to play a key role in redeveloping a run down estate to provide fantastic new homes and a great range of community services.
We provide housing to applicants on low incomes or in significant housing need.
Our community services are focused on ensuring members of our local community can participate in activities that develop their confidence and their talents whilst promoting a great sense of community cohesion.
We are resident focused with half of our Board places reserved for local residents and we continue to provide housing and community development services to a promote a vibrant and united community.
We run mother and toddler groups, primary school age clubs and a Children in Need funded youth club.
We provide adult classes and community trips for various age groups to promote community integration and cohesiveness.
We provide opportunities for young people to enjoy a wide range of experiences such as residential outdoor pursuits, West End theatre visits, football matches as well as whole family experiences such as trips to the local Snowdome and an annual community day trip to the seaside.
