Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer support charity operating at a regional level. We aim to help boost the physical and emotional well-being of people living with cancer through free online and face to face workshops. Each group session is led by trained volunteers and offers the chance to chat with others as well as learning useful skills and techniques to help manage the side-effects of cancer treatment.
We offer online and face to face support with the following group workshops:
Skincare and Makeup workshops- online and face to face group sessions
Men's workshops covering Skincare and Grooming- online and soon to be face to face group sessions in some areas
Teen and Young Adults skincare and makeup and skincare and grooming workshops- online and soon to be face to face group sessions in some areas
Hand and Nail workshops- online group session
Hair Loss, Scalp Care and New Growth- online group session
Headwear, Wigs, Brows and Lashes- online group session
Gentle exercise classes- Chair Yoga, Mat Yoga, Chair Pilates (beginner and intermediate), Chair Tai Chi and Qi-Jong, Breathwork and Meditation (all online group sessions)
Styling for Confidence- online group sessions
