Hospice at Home
Our Hospice at Home service provides personalized, compassionate care for individuals with life-limiting illnesses, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own homes. Our skilled team offers symptom management, day and night visits, and support for both patients and their families.
Wellbeing Centre
Our Wellbeing Centre provides free physical and emotional support, helping people manage their diagnosis and improve their quality of life. Through a range of activities, we assist patients, families, and carers in adapting and maintaining their well-being.
Counselling
Our free counselling services offer emotional support, helping patients and their families navigate difficult emotions and uncertainties. We provide one-on-one sessions in person, by phone, or online, offering a safe space to talk.
Bereavement Support
Our free bereavement support offers a safe space for adults grieving the loss of a loved one due to a life-limiting illness. Through one-on-one counselling or drop-in sessions, we help individuals process grief and gain a deeper understanding of their emotions.
