Objectives

Liberty Trail Homes is a Social Enterprise which provides semi-independent living, bespoke training packages and low-level support for vulnerable adults seeking a fully independent lifestyle.

Our overarching objective is to provide a platform and service for vulnerable adults to progress and make meaningful changes in their lives. Service users will gain access to our personalised support plans and tailored training programmes to get them employment ready and back on the trail to liberty.

After assessing our residents, we identify and build on any previously gained skills, attributes, or qualifications. For those seeking a new challenge, service users will also have the opportunity to learn new skills in order to progress to the brighter future they want.

Additionally, Liberty Trail offers a variety of training courses as well as provides vocational and sports activities.  These sessions are designed to promote healthier lifestyles, improved well-being and greater self-esteem.  They will also help service users to meet new people, build confidence and improve communication skills.

Liberty Trail Homes supports a range of service users including single males and families, with a range of support needs. As an organization, we believe that most people are good but have the capacity to do bad, as opposed to the other way around. We believe that, given the right environment, the right support and a willingness from that person to take responsibility – amazing things can happen!
