Let's Go Outside & Learn is a community interest company. Our aim is to encourage people living in urban environments to visit, engage with and learn about parks and green spaces in their local community through a community education programme. We work mainly with vulnerable and socially isolated people bringing them together to interact with each other and learn about and respect nature to benefit their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
We provide opportunities for engagement with nature. We work with a range of individuals and groups to bring people together to appreciate the benefits of nature and learn about biodiversity. We are currently working on a project called Inside Out which takes nature to people's doorstep to encourage care of plants and enjoy time looking at nature even if stuck indoors. We work with schools too - delivering after school environment clubs. Our projects are very rewarding and our client feedback is extremely positive.
