We are a not-for-profit social enterprise with headquarters in Bristol dedicated to innovating the delivery of key services to young people and their families at risk of educational disadvantage; especially for those with mental health, social and emotional difficulties.
At Leading Lights, our vision is a society where imagination, love, and endless possibilities are the everyday words that people associate with child and family services.
It is a vision where young people with aspirations can become the best possible versions of themselves academically and emotionally, through a holistic and integrated approach to education and wellbeing.
We meet our objectives through a number of tailor-made outreach services including mentoring, tuition, counseling and family advocacy. In 2017 we delivered over 3000 outreach sessions via our pioneering not-for-profit model, with a huge number of these sessions delivered free of charge on our Illuminate program.
