Objectives

Our vision is Mental Wellbeing for All. We believe in supporting everyone to improve their mental health and wellbeing, whether or not they have a current mental health challenge.

Our main aims are:

1: To build resilience, wellbeing and knowledge of mental health across the population of Lancashire

2: To help people overcome barriers to their wellbeing

3: To help people achieve and maintain recovery from mental health problems

4: Continuous influencing and partnership building to improve the mental health of Lancashire

Activities

We offer a wide range of services to help achieve these, including: wellbeing coaching (for children, young people and adults); asset based community development; peer support; tenancy management; workplace wellbeing interventions; suicide prevention training; and a range of advice services.
