To advance public education in, and appreciation of, orchestral music in particular, but not exclusively, by:
(1) The provision of high-quality professional concerts and educational workshops that inspire people to make music.
(2) Increasing public exposure to, appreciation of, and involvement in orchestral music reaching new audiences throughout England and providing opportunities for participation by people who might otherwise be excluded.
Kidenza runs FUN, educational and interactive classical concerts for children. Our concerts for schools and families are performed by some of the UK’s best young professional musicians in a totally relaxed way
Our aim is to dispel the preconception of classical music as being stuffy and elitist and to provide affordable opportunities for all children to hear and take part in music making.
