Objectives

Keychange is a Christian Charity creating caring communities.
Keychange was established in 1920 and celebrates our 100 year anniversary this year.
Our mission is to Create Caring Communities, which demonstrate our Christian Values, Ethos and Behaviours.
Keychange currently operate nine residential care home communities for older people and two housing communities for homeless young people. These communities are located across England.

In total approximately 250 people benefit from the care and support Keychange provides in our communities. Our largest residential care home is 29 rooms and each of our communities are individual, unique, characterful properties which enable those whom we care for, their families and our staff to create a caring community for all.

Activities

Keychange employs approximately 350 staff across our 11 care communities in England. All of our staff are recruited, trained and empowered to provide the best quality care and support for those living in our care communities and their families. Our young people's homeless communities provide care and support to enable vulnerable young people to gain new skills, training, voluntary work and employment to enable them to move on towards greater independence.

Our residential care communities for older people provide a caring, safe and stimulating environment for those living with us to enjoy positive wellbeing in later life. Activities include trips out, performance visits, church services, prayers, crafts, quizzes and singing to name but a few.
