Kew Community Trust was established to help combat lonely and isolation and enhance physical and mental well being by connecting people and providing safe and inclusive space for the community to come together. During the day we run a members club from a converted church building ( we are secular) and offer these spaces for hire to local residents and organisations in the evenings and weekends.
We fill a social gap for residents: we have some 450 members, mostly post retirement age and some very elderly, frail or vulnerable, who attend activities, classes and workshops at the Centre, as well as providing socialising opportunities, such as coffee mornings and lunches.
