We are a mediation service helping couples who are separating/divorcing come to decisions regarding their finances, future living arrangements and most importantly contact with their children.

Successful mediation will keep these families away from the court process which has a massive impact on both the adults and the children.  If they go to court the relationships are likely to be accrimonious whereas mediation helps then with their communication and ways forward in respect of parenting.

When couples separate, they can sort their finances out in a fairly quick time and move on from this.  However, they will still be parents to their children and therefore need to have the best relationship they can in order to manage this.

Children benefit significantly if their parents put them at the centre of their discussions and work together for the benefit of the children.

We are a not-for-profit charity and a Company under Guarantee.  We have a Legal Aid Contract and our service is free to those who qualify.  Other clients pay our subsidised fees.

We are looking for new Trustees to join our Board.  Potential applicants with knowledge of finances, marketing, working with families or the court system would greatly enhance our current members.
