We provide specialist palliative care for adults with life limiting conditions across North Oxfordshire, South Northamptonshire & South Warwickshire.
We care for people at end of life but also offer respite care and support for symptom management and pain relief. Our care is not just about managing the physical symptoms of disease. We know that people need emotional and spiritual support too so our professionals can help here and we also help people to access the practical support they need.
We offer inpatient care at the hospice as well as a day hospice service which gives patients a break away from home once a week. Our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists work closely with GPs and carers to care for patients in the community and offer support in our local hospital as well. We are also committed to caring for people sensitively through death, and our bereavement service helps family, friends and carers to continue with life after loss as well.
