Objectives

Julian Campbell Foundation's goal is to improve the lives of young people through early intervention and promotion of mental health in educational establishments such as:

  • Primary and Secondary schools, colleges and universities
  • Youth Offending Programs, youth centres and prisons
  • Work and Health programs, school exclusion programs and hearing impaired

Activities

Julian Campbell Foundation provides practical and emotional support to young people and their families through befriending and mentoring service in a person-centred way.

  • Support and empower young people with mental health difficulties through mentoring.
  • Improve the quality of the lives of young people with mood difficulties, by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to maximise their potential.
  • Continue our research into young people and mental distress.
  • Educate and enlighten the public, by creating a deeper and wider understanding of mental distress s in young people.
  • Challenge negative stereotypes surrounding young people with mental health difficulties.
