JCT serves people who are homeless, refugees, or asylum-seekers. We help them access emergency accommodation, obtain essential documents such as passports and birth certificates, and provide advocacy and support in dealing with benefits claims and other agencies.
We provide scheduled group and 1:1 information sessions, and drop-in services for those in crisis. Clients refer to staff as their 'sister' or 'brother' because they are treated with kindness as an individual, not a problem or case number.
