James Hirons care home was originally established by James Hirons in 1953 to provide accommodation for local people. Today, thanks to the charitable trust he established, it still occupies the same attractive site close to the centre of Leamington Spa. Led by a Board of voluntary trustees, and a full-time Home Manager and staff, we offer permanent and respite care for up to 23 older adults. Rated ‘Good’ in all areas by CQC, our Home is an attractive building set within extensive beautiful gardens. We are absolutely committed to providing respectful, safe, care for our residents and to ensuring excellent working conditions for our staff.
We operate a not for profit care home, accommodating up to 23 residents. Our funds are invested to support the running of the home, which can offer a home for life to residents. We also support other local charities, for example, by contributing to the funding of an Admiral Nurse.
