Objectives

INSPIRE was founded in 1987 to help everyone in the UK who is spinal cord injured (SCI) by funding research to eliminate the problems associated with being SCI, such as bowel/bladder incontinence, muscle spasms, difficulty moving, spinal pain and uncontrollable muscle pain.  

Activities

INSPIRE works with researchers in Spinal Units and universities, funding their essential work through projects designed around eliminating one of the problems that anyone with SCI suffers from.
