Inside Job Productions (IJP) is an award-winning film and media production company, operating as a social enterprise. We create high quality, engaging content, using film, animation, photography, and digital presentations. Our clients come from the third sector, the public sector, and the private sector. As a social enterprise, we reinvest a substantial amount of our profits into our Production Trainee scheme which provides work and training opportunities for people who might otherwise struggle to find or hold down a job. The scheme provides our beneficiaries with an opportunity to learn skills, grow in confidence, and fulfil their potential in a supportive and professional work environment.
We have formed a partnership with Young Minds, the UK's leading mental health charity for children and young people, in order to open up our training scheme to young people struggling with their mental health. We meet our social impact objectives through offering 6-month paid placements (paid at London Living Wage).
