We are a Multi Academy Trust with 11 Primary Schools across Northamptonshire. Our strategic direction is set through the Board of Trustees who are Non-Executive Directors. Our five core values are: Inclusion, Integrity, Initiative, Inspiration and Involvement.
Our Trust vision is for all of our academies to be 'a great InMAT school, engaging postiively with every community'.
To achieve this, we will:
enable each child to flourish and reach their full potential by ensuring each school community provides an outstanding quality of education with excellent resources;
work closely with all of our staff to embrace InMAT values, providing access and opportunity to enhance their professional development and personal well-being;
ensure that every InMAT school is exciting, vibrant and of the highest standard. Every school will have appropriate technology to enable pupils to have access to, and use, all resources to enhance learning;
enhance communication processes across InMAT to consistently promote and drive the mission and the values of our Trust.
Our Trust Board governs the Trust's activities, and thereby the schools, focusing on setting the strategic direction of the Trust, holding its executive leaders to account for the performance of the schools and the Trust and ensuring financial propriety and that its money is well spent. This benefits the 3,000+ pupils that attend our schools and their communities so that pupils reach their potential, their well-being is a priority and they become ready for the next phase of education.
Our schools seek to serve their local communities and are inclusive. We believe in the infinite worth of each person: children deserve the very best education and staff deserve support to deliver this. Each of our schools retains its own unique identity but we believe that by working together we can achieve more than by each school working alone.
