At Ingenuity, we are passionate about using business to solve social issues, and have created a programme that helps people to do just that. We bring together people from a variety of backgrounds to explore solutions to some of the biggest social issues faced by the UK, including poverty and climate change.
However, we know we can't do this on our own. That's why we've looking for local residents from the East Midlands, West Midlands, South Coast and West of England to join the programme and help develop ideas. Participants gain access to tutorials and insights from industry experts, as well as mentoring support and a chance to receive significant investment.

Since we launched in 2016 we have awarded £513,000 business funding, which has helped created 1071 new jobs for local people.
We are also committed to diversity in entrepreneurship, with 47% of our 2021 cohort from BME backgrounds, and a network of mentors and industry stakeholders which reflects that.
