Objectives

Independent Housing UK Ltd

As a Registered Charity and not for profit organisation, we work hard to meet the needs of the people we support - enabling us to ensure money collected in rents is used to provide high quality repairs and maintenance to each property we manage.

Our person-centred approach enables us to:

  • provide personalised rental housing, housing support and maintenance services
  • promote and support independence and choice
  • value the rights of the people we support
  • develop long term partnerships
  • deliver value for money

Working in partnership with care providers, local and national landlords and local authorities we are able to service all areas of the UK.

Our focus is on meeting every tenant/prospective tenant's individual housing support needs and requirements
