IMPACT provides counselling for people from the age of 5 years upwards. We support people one to one, couples and families. IMPACT would like to develop is services to include providing support for people in the workplace, offering "off loading" sessions and workshops on how to achieve and maintain good emotional well being in the workplace.
IMPACT needs to develop its income generating services in order to continue to deliver low cost counselling to people on a low income.
IMPACT is increasing its staffing, developed work programmes and improved its marketing strategy to widen its operational base.
