Imagineer Foundation works primarily in Calderdale, researching and providing ‘good help’ opportunities for people with disabilities.
We strive to identify barriers to ‘good help’, to promote, support and measure practices demonstrating ‘good help’ in the Calderdale region. We provide support to expand these practices, promoting them regionally and through the national ‘good help’ movement.
The Imagineer Foundation supports research activities into ‘good help’ in Calderdale. Key to these activities is working with a network of community organisations to identify barriers to ‘good help’. This is done through a series of ongoing community consultations and through directed research activities into identified challenges.
The research is used to direct the development of Good Help Services and Good Help Innovation projects. This is done by using the our partner networks to develop user led solutions that seek to tackle the identified barriers to ‘good help’.
Through our ongoing consultations, we seek to identify examples of effective ‘good help’. We provides support to expand these practices, promoting them regionally and through the national ‘good help’ movement.
