Horton and Chalbury Village Hall is a charity that provides and maintains a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parishes of Horton and Chalbury and surrounding areas without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
The village hall is hired out for various activities e.g pilates, art, childrens' parties, weddings.
The committee also holds various fundraising activities e.g fete, cream teas, dances.
