Horsham Trafalgar Neighbourhood Council (HTNC) is politically non-aligned and operates within a well-defined constitution for the benefit of Trafalgar residents; an area that falls within the boundaries of the A24, Farthings Hill, Guildford Road, Warnham Road, North Parade and sections of Bishopric, Albion Way and Springfield Road.
We represent the opinions of residents within our neighbourhood. This may involve trying to find out who is responsible for dealing with a specific problem and then getting something to happen, for example:
• the condition of roads and paths
• local bus services, including the lack of covered bus shelters
• the repair / replacement of damaged road signs
• inadequate street lighting
• car parking.
