We are a charity that has been offering support and access to services for over 20 years. We are based in Bromyard, Herefordshire and also offer outreach services and home visits.

Today the Charity provides access to support and services to people in Bromyard and Herefordshire.  Our well established role and our long history of involvement with the local community is a vital one.  We offer support through our own team and also in partnership with other organisations, such as Citizens Advice, Age UK Hereford and Localities, West Mercia Women’s Aid and other organisations. We are a nationally accredited Contact Centre facilitating supported and supervised contact for non-resident families and their. Our Early Years department provides care and education for 0-4 year olds all year round and ur onsite café is open to the public. Our commission as the local authority’s Children’s Centre for Bromyard uses our strong partnerships with Health, Early Years and Education as well as the professional expertise of our staff and our experience of multi-agency working.

As well as the above, the Centre’s modern facilities provide a perfect venue for multi-agency meetings, interviews, conferences, training and away days.  Buffet and caterings facilities are also available when required.   The staff and volunteers at the Centre are a key part of our services and the helpful and supportive nature of all those who support us is essential to fulfilling our vision, mission and aims.
