Promotion of and support for commemorating holocaust memorial day, in order to promote harmony across different cultures, backgrounds and faiths; education in the history of the holocaust and of Nazi persecution; education in the history of subsequent genocides; elimination of discrimination on grounds of race, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
Hosting holocaust memorial day (HMD) in January of every year. Supporting local activity organisers to put on their own events in their build up to HMD and ensuring they reach as many people as possible to raise awareness.
Creating resources and activities to be used by local activity organisers, schools libraries and all who want to mark HMD with their own event.
Working closely with all of the UK population. Holocaust Memorial Day is marked internationally.
