Organisation type:
Social enterprise
Geographical remit:

Our organisation primarily focuses on empowering young people, aged 13-17, who reside in deprived communities facing significant systemic inequalities and social disadvantages. These young individuals often grapple with issues related to self-esteem, self-confidence, physical well-being, and mental resilience. They may lack access to positive role models, confront financial barriers, and struggle to find a sense of belonging in their communities.

To address these challenges, we offer a wide range of programs, resources, and support services designed to enhance their physical empowerment, mental toughness and overall personal growth. We provide personalised support, mentorship, and access to supportive networks. Our services include inclusive fitness programmes, mental resilience training, safe spaces, and health-conscious decision-making initiatives. By offering integrated physical and mental resilience training, we ensure that these young individuals can address their holistic well-being needs in one place.

Our assistance is pivotal because it empowers young people to navigate the complex challenges they face. By enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence, and overall resilience, we equip them with the tools necessary to make health-conscious decisions and reduce engagement in harmful behaviours. Our commitment to fostering a sense of community and belonging ensures that they feel supported, motivated, and connected, enhancing their overall well-being. Our impact lies in harnessing their untapped potential, reducing disparities, and enabling them to aspire to a future defined by hope, resilience, and limitless possibilities.

1. Integrated Physical and Mental Resilience Training:

  • Our organisation designs comprehensive programmes that combine physical fitness training with mental resilience building. This holistic approach ensures that young people can address their physical and mental well-being needs in one place. The training includes mindfulness exercises, stress management, goal setting, and personal development alongside physical fitness.

2. Girls-Only Fitness Spaces and Classes:

  • Our organisation addresses the need for girls-only fitness spaces and classes, providing a safe and empowering environment for young girls. Female trainers and mentors serve as role models to inspire confidence and self-esteem.

3. Special Educational Needs (SEN) Young Adult Fitness Class:

  • Recognising the importance of inclusivity, our organisation introduces a dedicated fitness class tailored to meet the unique needs of young adults with special educational needs (SEN). These classes provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space for young adults with diverse abilities to engage in physical fitness training, promoting their holistic well-being and personal growth. This addition ensures that our programmes are accessible to a wider range of young people, including those with SEN, further reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.

4. Inclusive and Supportive Environments:

  • Our organization fosters inclusive spaces where young people can connect with peers, share experiences, and build relationships. This sense of community enhances motivation, accountability, and progress.
