Objectives

WHO WE HELP

We help people struggling with Depression and Anxiety.

HOW  OUR ORGANISATION HELPS

We are a not for profit organisation, where our aim is to generate awareness about Depression and Anxiety, through Equine related services. One of the services that we provide is Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) using the EAGALA Model (www.eagala.org). This is where the therapeutic team is an Equine Specialist and Mental Health Professional and horses.

Activities

We currently run workshops to show clients and professionals working within the Mental Health field how Equine Therapy works using the EAGALA model.

We currently are recruiting a local Mental Health Professional in order to offer individual and group therapy sessions.

We are also planning to offer other services that would benefit those who currently have horses, and find horses help with their Depression and Anxiety.
