Hft is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and their families. Everything we do focuses on helping the people we support live the life they choose.
At Hft, our commitment goes beyond being just a high quality support provider. We work in partnership with the people we support, their families and carers and health professionals to develop effective services that will help people live the life they choose.
We provide supported living services for adults with learning disabilities throughout England. We also run several special projects for adults with learning disabilities, including supported employment, friendship & dating, personalised technology and family support.
