Helicopter Emergency Service Equipment (HESE) are a charity setup to provide emergency equipment to assist the emergency services of the England and Wales. We promote health and safety in outdoor pusuits; promote our own outdoor events; give first aid and AED talks and courses; offer rental services of defibrillators and Caervests; place defibrillators in various places across the country to help save lives; run a national defibrillator hotline to locate the devices; sell Brainy Bike Lights to keen cyclists; and run a furniture store in Cleveleys to help promote the cause of the charity.

Our charity is producing more and more activites frequently. Below are some of the outstanding voluntary roles where you would be a front line ambassador for the air ambulance:

- Volunteer in our Cleveleys furniture store. If you live in the Blackpool/Cleveleys/Fleetwood area and you have some spare time, why not dedicate it to a good cause? The store is gaining more and more popularity; you could make a difference!

- Community Fundraisers. Your role would involve raising awareness of the charity in supermarket/mall/store environments; you'd be set up with an ID badge, high vis branded jacket, banner, table, collection bucket, flyers and a wonderful product we sell known as 'Brainy Bike Lights'. We think you are going to love the role and selling our wonderful product, which is proven to help keep cyclists safe and all profits go to charity!

- Public Speakers - are you a great public speaker but need more experience of addressing people? We have voluntary positions that could be suitable for your development; your role would be to meet with sponsors and our supporters to promote the charity at various organised events
