We support childrens aged 0-16yrs living with heart conditions and their families. We do this by putting on events for them, planning days out, local coffee mornings, online, mental health and bereavement support and more. We currently support over 500 families.
We support our families as we felt there was a real need to support families after they leave hospital following diagnosis or treatments, that they can share stories/meet with other families.
Days out to zoos, cinema trips, themed parties, online craft sessions, local coffee mornings with other families, monthly meet up club for heart children and their siblings, trips to local parks, online learning for parents, mental health support and more
