Headliners (UK) provides multi-media personal development and learning through journalism, volunteering and leadership programmes for children and young people aged 8 to 25. Journalism is a powerful vehicle for furthering the personal and social development of children and young people by giving them the ability to think critically about the world and express what they think in a clear and engaging manner.
We use multi-media tools to help young people learn new skills, engage with other people from different backgrounds and experiences and give them the power and means to make good choices in their own lives.
By supporting young people to look at issues that affect them and their communities, we empower them to play an active part in promoting change for themselves and the wider community.
