Objectives

Harrow Mencap is a leading West London social care provider and campaigning organisation.

We support people with learning disabilities and autism, their families, and carers, as well as those with additional needs, mental health conditions, physical disability, older people and individuals who experience social isolation.

Our core services work across 3 boroughs including Harrow, Hillingdon, and Brent, and offer clients support from childhood to advanced age.

 

Activities

Our service teams deliver

Indoor and outdoor day activities and supported breaks for adults with learning disabilities.After school, Saturday, and holiday clubs for children and young people aged 5-18.

Training and activities to help clients develop new skills.24-hour bespoke care agency support for those aged 8 and above with higher needs.Statutory Advocacy including:

1. Health Complaints Advocacy for all Harrow residents

.2. All Children and Young People's Advocacy in Harrow

3. All Independent Mental Health, Mental Capacity and Care Act Advocacy in Harrow and Brent.
