Objectives

Our organization, as parents who have personally experienced the impact of depression in and even tragic loss of a young adult child in university, we decide to focuse1 on preventing trauma-led depression and anxiety among young people. Our beneficiaries are young individuals. We provide workshops, tools, and targeted campaigns to help them develop healthy connections with their world, avoiding unhealthy dependencies and addictions. By empowering them with practical techniques, we aim to prevent trauma and its associated challenges. Our comprehensive resources facilitate the cultivation of robust connections, promoting overall well-being and reducing the risk of depression, prolonged anxiety, and trauma. Our help matters because it aims to create a safer, emotionally stable future for the next generation.

Activities

To achieve our ambitious objective of a 25% decrease in trauma-led depression and anxiety cases among young people by 2030, we organize workshops, offer practical tools, and conduct impactful campaigns. These initiatives aim to educate and empower young individuals, equipping them with the necessary skills to make healthy connections with their world and the things around them. Through our comprehensive resources, we enable them to develop a resilient and trauma-proof connection architecture. By investing in prevention and early intervention, we foster emotional well-being and mental resilience, ultimately striving to reduce the incidence of trauma-driven mental health challenges among young people.
