Grow Inspires empowers social inclusion through entrepreneurship. We help microSMEs in Least Developed Countries and ex-offenders in the UK to grow sustainable small businesses enabling them to escape poverty and gain independence.
In Least Developed Countries we offer consulting and mentoring through digital channels. Our volunteers are aspiring leaders from big companies who join our International Innovation Mentoring programme to cement their innovation, diversity and interpersonal skills through the experience of supporting enterprise growth in poor countries.
In the UK we run a 9 month programme to help ex-offenders start and grow sustainable businesses as part of their rehabilitation. We give participants the confidence to take charge of their future and the capability to make money through legitimate enterprise as an attractive alternative to falling back into crime.
