Grassroots is a small community based charity focused on suicide prevention, mental health and self-harm.

Our Vision: that at no one should have to contemplate suicide, mental health difficulties and self harm alone.

Our Mission: We are a UK leader in suicide, mental health and self harm prevention. We help to create safe spaces in our communities for Real Talk. We support people in our communities to develop the skills and confidence needed to save lives.

•Training people from all sections of our communities to develop the skills and confidence to have conversations which help to save lives

•Connecting people with support and resources for suicide prevention, mental health and self harm so people gain access to information and support at the time they need it

•Campaigning to raise awareness and fight the stigma that surrounds suicide, mental health and self harm and encourage help through our online community and StayAlive app
