We provide free confidential advice covering most subjects ranging from debt, benefits, housing and employment, to law, immigration and discrimination. Our clients are enabled to resolve problems and obtain income they are entitled to thus enabling them to lead self sufficient lives with a lot of stress removed.
We operate from premises in Gosport with full time paid management who train and support volunteers in giving information and advice. We also have specialist advice services with paid caseworkers some of whom visit clients at outreaches or their homes.
We are a partner in Healthwatch Hampshire and provide an Information, Advice and Signposting service as well as advocacy.
We train volunteers to run digital inclusion and money management workshops.
