Good Works is a Catholic charity that exists to help young people harness their leadership skills to make use of their beliefs, values and worldviews in the workplace. We do this by running workshops in university chaplaincies, and being a support partner in the Beliefs, Values and Worldviews at Work research project. Students who have attended our workshops have gone on to affect workplaces in many fields through their faithful living, as well founding social enterprises and paying it forward by returning as volunteers with us.
Our main focus are the workshops we run at university. While we don’t own the wisdom of Catholic Social Teaching, our workshop model is an original model based on the leading research in spiritual capital of Prof Baker and Dr Power of which we are partners. We also edit a blog and exclusive newsletter, as well as host a podcast and have a social media presence to help people put into practice what they learnt moving forward.
